I loved how quiet, clean and authentic this lovely guest house was, perfect for my first stay in Patan. My room had clearly been recently refurbished so it felt extra comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless. It took a while to get used to the low ceilings - tall people beware! The property is very close to the main attractions in Patan - perfect for popping back for a rest during the day.

I cannot fault the stay as a whole. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent. The location is perfect for a Patan visit. The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful, clean and well equipped.

Location was great - close to cultural sites and business (I was travelling for the latter). Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. I stayed with a colleague, with whom I had also stayed at another hotel nearby - which is the kind we would usually stay at, with a more corporate/conference feel. We both agreed KGH Patan was a lot better ;-)

    It is less filled with tourists than Kathmandu or Thamel and seems to me more authentic. The Durbar square is amazing, as well as the small local temples and stupas. You can find delicious food everywhere, whatever you want, and people are very nice. You can get around on foot, but if you want to go to Kathmandu itself or to Bhaktapur, you can take a car via the Indrive app.

    Of the 3 medieval Durbar Squares I visited (Patan, Kathmandu...

    Of the 3 medieval Durbar Squares I visited (Patan, Kathmandu and Bhaktapur), I was most impressed by Patan's. Maybe because it was so easily accessible to my lodging (I was able to walk there twice), and the smallest of the three; or very possibly due to its being my introduction to the stunning architecture of the Newar culture and the history of Hinduism & Buddhism in Nepal. I recommend a full day to see the temples and do the museum justice; a guide is definitely a plus, to get the most out of your visit.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was stunning—modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home with all the comforts and conveniences you could ask for.The attention to detail throughout the apartment was impressive—from high-speed internet and smart TV to premium toiletries and cleaning services. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you could tell that the management takes great pride in maintaining the property. What I also loved was the central location. Suite Homes Serviced Apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around so convenient.     I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the 1 BHK Premium Apartment! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the sleek, modern design and immaculate cleanliness of the space. The apartment was not only stylish but also incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.What really stood out was the attention to detail. High-quality furniture, smart home features, and the little touches like fresh linens and premium toiletries made my stay feel like a true getaway. The apartment was also equipped with high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected if needed. The location was fantastic—central to everything I wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my trip.     The place is organized with the nitty-gritties of daily life taken care of! If one prefers to have a quiet place for a reboor, this is the place. You will fall in admiration with the landlord family just by living through the details carefully tailored by them. I am confident as I write that as I have been to at least thirty different hotels and studios for last two years. And it would be a pity if I do not mention the unmatched vibes here, high frequency energy I have observed during my stay!

    The staff are so extremely friendly and helpful. Many of them are college students who get training and experience here. The hotel is a social enterprise which supports the local community and trains the next generation of Nepal. The breakfast here is tasty and has many options. Obviously the old buildings and courtyard are lovely. You have options to stay in the original old building or the new building with more space and modern facilities. I think both are very nice.
