A truly wonderful place – felt like home! I had an amazing time at this hotel – it was the best stay I’ve had during my entire trip in Pokhara. The place is simply wonderful: spotlessly clean, peaceful, cozy, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everything is cared for with so much love. The owner, Bishnu, is an exceptional person. He and his lovely family treat the hotel like their own home, and you can feel that in every detail. His children are wonderful too – such kind and genuine people. Compared to other places I stayed at before, this one truly stood out. To my great luck, Bishnu is not only the host but also a professional trekking guide and mountaineer with 33 years of experience in the mountains. Since I’m heading to do the Annapurna Circuit solo, I had many questions about logistics, safety, and the route – and he kindly offered detailed advice and shared all the information I needed. He even offered to keep some of my extra belongings at the hotel until I return from the trek, which was incredibly helpful. During one of our conversations, he told me that his team consists of 13 people, including porters and other staff, and all of them lost their families in earthquakes or grew up without parents…Now they all work together, support each other, and have become a family. 🥹That really touched me and gave me even more respect for this place and the people behind it. One small sweet thing: when he saw my iPhone without a case, he brought me one of his own.😅 This place is more than just a hotel – it's a place filled with heart. Thank you!)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel HighGround Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience! The host went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, assisting us in organizing adventure activities and ensuring we were comfortable throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, with the included breakfast being a delightful bonus that truly elevated the experience. The stay was reasonably priced, offering incredible value for the hospitality and amenities provided. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from our room—absolutely stunning and worth every moment. It felt like a dream to wake up to such beauty. This stay wasn’t just a trip but an opportunity to make a lifelong connection with the wonderful hosts. I am eternally grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Highly recommend Hotel HighGround Inn to anyone visiting Sarangkot!

My stay at Hotel Pristina Himalaya in Sarangkot, Pokhara became one of the most unforgettable treasures of my journey. The kindness and warmth of the staff and the owner touched my heart deeply — it truly felt like being embraced by family. Even though there is nothing flashy around, what I found here is something far more precious: genuine hospitality. The breathtaking view of the Himalayas, especially after the rain when the mountains shone in all their glory, was remarkable. Yet what moved me even more was the sincere care and smiles of the people here. When I return, I look forward not only to the stunning scenery but also to enjoying the delicious chicken curry rice again. The time I spent here was not just a part of my travels — it became a memory that will remain in my heart forever.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and a welcome drink. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect place to unwind after 10 days trekking. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and spoke impeccable english. He helped us with every request and provided helpful information. The rest of the staff followed this example and did everything they could to facilitate our stay. They include a complimentary use of the cable car, which we used to watch the sunrise in the morning. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with a/c and beds were really comfortable with good quality bedding. Since the property is on the hill it has amazing views of the surrounding area. The food is more expensive than in Lakeside but it was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the range of curries and local dishes. They have a good spa facilities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym. Which we enjoyed using between our visits to lakeside.

That's was great 👍! The breakfast was very good. Omelette and toasts with jam, bananas. I even couldn't eat it at once. The place was so peaceful and quiet. And at the same time it is not far from the lake. The best place in Pokhara, 💯💯💯💯💯 everything was great 👍
