We stayed at this hotel by accident, because the road to Bergen was closed. We were delighted with the beauty and coziness of the hotel! The view from the room is stunning - you can see the slope of the hills where people go skiing in winter. The room was spacious. I especially want to draw attention to the fact that the room has heating (not a fan coil, but a full-fledged water heating radiator), and at the end of June it was turned on! It was cool outside, so the room was very warm and cozy! This is simply top class! The breakfast is very varied and delicious! Again, you sit with a panoramic view and enjoy the food. Special thanks to the girl at the reception: she had a very stressful situation, many guests and calls, but she remained very friendly! This is worth a lot!

The views were absolutely unbelievable! The lovely gentleman who helped us check in and recommended some amazing walks in the area. The food was amazing. Recommend a room with Mountain View but the terrace provides equally amazing views if there are none available.

The hosts. Paulo and Julia, make you feel like you are staying with family or old friends. The guesthouse is clean and unpretentious, but the ambiance they create transforms what might have been just a brief stop on your journey into a memory you want to return to. Their warm welcome, sincerity, and genuine desire to make every guest feel relaxed and comfortable make a stop here a must on any Fjord adventure. They even managed to conjure up a rainbow for us, which is a tough act to follow!

I think it is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed. Very spacious with really well thought layout. View of the fjord from large well equipped balcony to spend the evening on. Despite next to harbour absolutely quiet. We only wished we stayed longer as area is phenomenal
