The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to prepare a coffee, which is a plus for Italians :D the breakfast was fresh and varied and the location wonderful. A very delightful stay. We will come again if back in Utrecht

Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

One could hardly find a more romantic location - right next to a canal, maybe 40cm above the water level. There were chairs and a table (and even an umbrella) one could put out in front of the apartment by the canal (we didn't, it was a bit cool). Despite the privacy one felt there, the apartment is also extremely conveniently located - maybe a three minute walk from cathedral and tourist info. My wife said she thought the bed was the most comfortable she'd ever had.

Unbelievable location - we had originally been looking at somewhere in the historic centre but this was ideal, everything is so so close (including supermarkets etc which is great as we were travelling with a toddler). Staff really friendly and helpful too and room well equipped. We asked for a travel cot and it was set up with a small duvet

Fantastic location. Small hotel with stylish Interior, matching the pictures. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice lounge with free coffee and open teas and water with lemon etc during the day.

The location was great, rooms were clean and suitable for a couple for a longer period if needed. Kitchen had all the necessary items to prepare a meal , plenty of shops for groceries and eating out. The Houten train station was next to the accommodation.

The atmosphere was super nice, free parking right beside the hotel. Option to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel. Big spacious rooms and bathroom !!!!!!!!!
