Before we arrived our host - Paul was in touch and greeted us. He found a safe place for our bikes and showed the entire facility. The rooms were comfortable, nice and very clean, and the presence of a kitchen and a terrace are additional advantages if you want to prepare something to eat and/or relax with friends by a cold beer or aromatic coffee. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Paul deserves the highest rating, all the time he made sure that our stay was comfortable and we lacked nothing. Paul You are great !

It's a really modern and very nicely designed hotel. Everything including the reception, restaurant, corridors and the rooms is very well designed and pleasant to be in. The room where we stayed was quite spacious, the beds were really comfy, we really loved our room. Furthermore, the cot provided for our baby to sleep in was pretty good and better then the average you usually get in other places (e.g. a travel cot). The breakfast was really nice with some great options (e.g. like salmon and cream with chives to make a nice bagel-like sandwich). Also, the bar at the top has nice cocktails and a nice view on the train tracks. We really liked our stay and would come back again if the chance arises!

    - The internet is very spotty - Fan is barely making a light breeze - The window doesn’t open and is secured by some DIY piece of wood - it doesn’t really soundproof well against the street with busy cars and busses outside - Hand towels provided, no bath towels, when asked I was told no other towels are available, nothing I’ve ever seen before in two decades of travelling! Absurd. - Loud music played downstairs in a pub until late - Really narrow and small beds - not a regular single size bed (from the perspective of an average height and bodyweight woman)

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Miriam who came to help with our communication in English since my Dutch speaking is not yet good. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend "Herberg de Zwaan" for anyone visiting Hedel. Note that the bus stop on line 166 from/to Den Bosch train station is right in front of the hotel. A shopping center at a walking distance with JUMBO in few meters at the corner.

    Good location. Just 15 minutes from 's-Hertogenbosch by bus (line 166). The hotel is 20m from the bus stop in Hegel. Check-in is easy, very helpful and kind staff. The hotel room and the facilities are ideal for a short 1 night stay. Very good restaurant on the ground floor with tasty meals, good beer and nice service. Very good cost/benefit ratio.
