We arrived at the end of the busy season (April 1st) which was nice, but it was hot, water had dried up, and many of the "tours" were not worth the time or money. The people were great! The food was awesome! And we loved exploring the island on our scooter. Definitely recommend Cafe Campestre! The pasta was OUTSTANDING and the people were fantastic. I was extending my stay for few nights two times, because I really enjoyed it! The rooms are very nice and clean. The garden, hammocks, swimming pool - everything makes your stay very comfortable. The family running the hotel is very nice and helpful. I was really amazed by their hospitality. The food they serve is very delicious and the prices are very good (between 80 and 180 cordobas for a dish).
