The sunsets at the lodge with a glass of wine on the patio while the kids played pool or chess. We loved the private camping sites, private bathroom and kitchen area, , there were 4 private sites( nicely spaced apart) with their own pool. The main lodge has a small shop for your convenience. The hosts were excellent and very attentive to our needs.

At Kronenhof is an incredible property, with awesome campsites, the best during our time in Namibia while self driving! Private campsites are clean and wonderfully located, allowing seclusion in a picturesque landscape. The dark sky we saw here was sublime and we enjoyed exploring by 4x4 and seeing giraffes and other animals! An unforgettable experience.

Surrounded by the Namib desert, Betta Lodge is located at the crossing of the C27 and D826 route. It offers chalet-style self-catering accommodation, a small coffee shop and BBQ facilities.

A great place to stop. Loved the evening meal and breakfast. Our accommodation was just what was required after a long drive. Would definitely recommend this place. We loved it.
