The receptionist was excellent. He knew that I will be unable to take breakfast as I checked in at 5.00 on the morning, he gave me juice, cokies and croissant as when Inwake up I can have them . Superb gesture. Also provided me some juice while checking in. It was hear warming experience for me. Thanks for your training.

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and the location is fantastic. However, we mistakenly booked a windowless room. We asked to pay extra for a regular room with a window but were given a fantastic room with a terrace at no additional cost. Thank you once again! Also, when we were checking out, since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could stay by the pool, and this was kindly allowed. In this way, the hotel staff extended our vacation by an extra day, which we truly appreciated. All compliments to both the staff and the hotel. A small tip: the food at the hotel is very diverse and offered at very reasonable prices, so there’s no need to look for restaurants outside for lunch or dinner.

The staff was welcoming and so helpful whenever we needed help. The hotel room was so clean and spacious. The gym and swimming pool were great enough to enjoy sports. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was various, plentiful and delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

    Putrajaya is a wonderful city.

    Putrajaya is a wonderful city. Beautiful Mosques, Nice roads, ample greenery. IOI shopping mall is huge... PMs office got a grand look and beautiful parks around... But it's a bit far from the major city and restaurant options are limited. you must call a GRAB for any movement. No metro or bus services nearby.

    I was passing through there, but the city is very clean, lots of greenery. Not far from the apartment where I was staying was Penanggah Taman Warisan Pertanian, a good place to eat local dishes. The area is very safe even late at night!

    Its a great place but its a little isolated if you are not in this vicinity for family, friends or business trip. The hangout at Q Bistro was great food but parking needs a lot more improvement. Its a resort living feeling and good for a off the beaten track trip if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern day cities. The convenience, the well planned city and its greenery is amazing.

    The district is well maintained with many attractions for first timers like me. It has a distinct flavour compared to KL I have visited many times. The lake, mosques, bridges & gardens are places that would please the eyes. I would recommend a 2 night's stay at the Zenith Hotel to soak in attractions, shopping & food for one whole day, as it was worth it for me.

    Very cozy and coveneint ! This is my probably 5th time I have stayed in this hotel for the last few months !! Whether for work or holiday it is great !!! Food choices are fantastic in the mall and the hotel food is really good !!! Shopping is great and even a stroll at the mall just right next to the hotel can be very relaxing !! I will always be back as long I have meeting in Putrajaya !!! To top it all ; the staff are helpful and totally friendly!!!!!! many thumbs up !!! Thank You
