the moment we entered the hotel lobby, the entire place smells like ikea, which reminds me that this place is new. from the staff at the reception to the room, everything was excellent. they have everything u need. feels more like a 5 star hotel to me. the only downside is the location is far from the tourist attractions and its hard to find grab around this area. grab drivers will cancel on u multiple times if u want to go over to the other side of penang.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.The receptionist was friendly and helpful.The room was clean and tidy.Your breakfast choice was excellent.From local cuisine to western.Everything is available.My personal compliment to Mr.Taufik Adros for coming over personally asking us about our meal.
