Firstly, ample parking space. We arrived way after midnight but the owner was still awake to entertain our call. Next, cleanliness. The room was really clean. Everything was neat & tidy. The room still felt spacious even though there was a double bed, single bed & bunk bed. Oh, I love that check-in was fast & easy too.
