WoW WoW WoW! What an Amazing experience at the Sana Hotel, on the most amazing Beach in Tulum! 🤩 with Unbelievable Rooftop Pool! Heated pool! 😍 Very special Moroccan Design! Everything is completely new! And luxurious. The staff was making sure we having a great time for our entire stay. Very welcoming feeling from the moment we entered the Hotel. Amazing paradise in the jungle. Very stylish rooms with private indoor pool and little details aimed at making your stay romantic. Great food at the local restaurant. Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

This was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

The whole property was amazing and inside the jungle. It is surrounded by iguanas, exotic birds and a great variety of plants and flowers. The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

We stayed here during our honeymoon after getting married in the Riviera Maya nearby. It was a lovely hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooftop bar and pool has a great view out to the city.

    Monsoon season, meant a lot of sea weed on beaches although locals trying to keep of top of its removal and in the sea , stopping swimming, mosquitoes due to damp humid weather . Taxi is very expensive as no other public transport,so they can charge what they want , hire of scooters is cheaper.

    As a family with tweens we did not enjoy Tulum & will not be...

    As a family with tweens we did not enjoy Tulum & will not be back. The kids were not allowed many places/ restaurants. Algea covered the beach (it was july), the restaurants were priced higher than where we live but the quality of the food was poor. If you are a family I would skip and go elsewhere. The cenotes in the reason are awesome!

    Tulum is the jungle so go prepared. Repellent and sunscreen. Avoid taxi cabs it’s way too expensive. Opt to rent a car you will see way more of Tulum that way. Make sure to spend time at the cenotes. Avoid August because the seaweed makes the ocean unbearable.

    Once you know the right places to go, where to book transportation, which tours to take, I’m sure you will have the best experience and you won’t want to leave! The agency @xclusivetravelw helped me with concierge service with no charge, and they recommended the best spots, my camera roll is full of amazing content from Tulum.

    Tulum is a city you'd have to explore more, especially with car access which we didn't have. Things could get expensive fast with the transportation, souvenir shops, and cafes that cater to tourists. I spent $35 USD on brunch, which wasn't a lot or filling at all. Yet you turn the corner, and a birria taqueria fills you up for only $16 USD. Watch your spending.

    Tulum south is good, friendly and helpful people .

    Tulum south is good, friendly and helpful people . It didn’t seem right to pay to visit paradise beech. No clear guidelines to visit beeches via resorts. We visited Tulum ruins but very unclear about the genuine ticket office as we were stopped at three places to buy tickets by unofficial representatives.

    We were travelling around Mexico for a month and this was so far THE BEST Hotel. We were charmed by it's looks at night. It's in great location close to the archeological zone and beaches, about 10-15 min. by walking and just around 3 km from center. Just across the road is a shuttle bus stop and you can also rent bikes. Staff were super friendly and helped us a lot. Especially Kevin, amazing guy, who made our stay even more special. If you are looking for an accommodation in Tulum, I highly recommend this Hostel!!!!!!!

    The hotel is unique and very authentic, make you feel the real Tulum, Mexico vibe. Its make you feel connected with the nature. From our rooms every morning we could see the wild life and very interesting species. The bottle of water in the room was refilled upon request. Staying in the hotel, allows us having free access to Orchid Beach House. Both Jungle and Beach Restaurants were good, we had couple of meals and cocktails. Very quite and romantic. The hotel was providing repellent in each of the rooms.

    Directly at the beach with great views, staff was really nice and accommodating. Great variety in the breakfast. The location is a bit outside of Tulum, which we knew beforehand. You can walk about 1 km to the highway and than take a collectivo from there to get to Tulum Pueblo or Zona hotelera in order to avoid super expensive taxis. Or just spend the day on the really nice beach.

    My stay in Irie Hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel has very good facilities and the staff is amazing and helped us a lot during our stay. They have a very equipped gym which I didn’t find in any other hotel in tulum and a bar with very good food. The zone is very secure and in a very good location. I loved the penthouse apartment, it’s very big and has a private pool.
