felt safe and taken care of, there was hot water and isaac was amazing!!!! i was there under hurricane beryl and didnt make it to the gomart in time, he gave me eggs and rice to eat — so nice! and gave so much advice and was such a nice conversationalist! love him! and the room was clean and i felt so safe under the hurricane, windows had special protection thingies! and all in all 11/10

Absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with big double bed, great location in centre of Cancun, you can use a small swimming pool for relax, in hotel is also restaurant with absolutely delicious meals and drinks!     It’s a tacky place, full of tourists and unlike the rest of Mexico this attracts scammers and unsavoury characters. I’d recommend staying somewhere else nearby like Puerto Morelos and using Cancun only for its airport.

    Hotels and restaurants are nice, people are friendly and attentive. We felt safe all the time (with the exception of crossing the streets, due to speed and disregard of pedestrian crossings). The area is very wide, so try to pick your hotel based on your planned activities. We made four day trips and everything was great, on time pick ups, great content, but most of our stuff was further south so we had 1-3 hour bus rides to get to some of the spots. The crystalline water pics in the review are from our trip to Cozumel. Sunscreen is banned for many activities, so plan accordingly. Bring mosquito repellent, they’re everywhere and bite like crazy

    Lively and beautiful city.

    Lively and beautiful city. Taxis can really add up as there is not much you can walk to. Friendly people and great shopping. We did go outside the city to reach many of our attractions that we were interested in.

    Look, I've been to quite a few destinations over the years – but Cancún really caught me off guard in the best possible way. You know that feeling when a place just clicks? That's exactly what happened here. The thing about Cancún is how it manages to be both incredibly polished and authentically Mexican at the same time. I mean, you've got these world-class resorts and infrastructure that rivals anything I've seen in major tech hubs, but then you step into the local markets or visit the Mayan ruins, and you're transported into this rich cultural heritage that's been around for centuries. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – from the seamless airport experience to the way local businesses blend modern efficiency with genuine hospitality. It reminded me of how the best tech implementations work: sophisticated behind the scenes, but effortless for the end user. The cenotes alone are worth the trip – think natural swimming pools carved by time itself. Pretty incredible engineering by Mother Nature, if you ask me. The food scene? Absolutely phenomenal. Fresh seafood that puts many coastal cities to shame, and authentic regional cuisine that tells the story of the Yucatan. Plus, having easy access to both relaxation and adventure means you can customize your experience exactly how you want it. Bottom line: Cancún delivers on multiple levels, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a destination that combines luxury, culture, and natural beauty. It's got that rare quality of exceeding expectations."

    Restaurant Benazuza, Black Sens, Sakura, IForno our my favorite restaurant at the hotel! And the Market buffet was very good. Some VIP staff members weren’t good giving service and weren’t very polite and helpful to the guests of my wedding.

    The location is suitable for people who want the vibe of a hotel with a personal touch. There's a small kitchenette with salt, pepper and oil. They also have pots, plates and cutleries to make it easy to make a meal yourself. It is self-service, so you're given a code, and once you come in, you sort everything else yourself. There is no room service available. They have a fridge with some water and drinks available. The area is close to the airport in Cancun. It is a good value for money.

    We stayed 2 nights - just a chill after travelling around Mexico. Close to airport which was ideal and we didn't leave the resort for the time. You have the beach and the pool for options. Always enjoy all inclusive and staff are good at both pool/beach keeping your drinks topped up Staff are helpful - Bell boys got our taxi etc and deal with luggage quickly and not tip focused at all which is good
