Constance is a small hotel group with hotels in the Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius and Madagascar. We have stayed at almost all of them because the service sets Constance apart from other hotels. The management takes care of all the guests' concerns. E.g. everything was perfectly organised for my birthday. A great menu in the wine cellar of the Jinn Restaurant (special thanks to the head sommelier and the chef who conjured up the menu). The bungalows are very nice, all with their own pool. Housekeeping twice a day who clean everything perfectly. The in-villa dining is perfectly organised. The food is not cheap but very good. The same applies to breakfast and the two a la carte restaurants and the buffet restaurant. Even better at Christmas and New Year's Eve with a great selection and super quality of all dishes. The wine list, whose wines you can enjoy in all restaurants, is breathtaking (over 100 pages!!). The spa is very good and staff also super friendly. A great holiday from arrival to departure. We would especially like to mention Mr Sameera Karunaratne, the Food and Beverage Manager, who checked with us every day to make sure everything was OK. My husband was not so fit for 2 days and Mr Sameera Karunaratne organised a very special meal for us in the villa. We didn't have to ask or pay anything extra for it. The same applies to a special evening with a menu on the beach because we missed the Christmas menu due to illness. Strongly recommended hotel!

Beach Cottage is cozy, clean and comfortable. They don't have breakfast but there is free coffee and tea all day and there is a bakery and a market in front of the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We booked snorkeling with the hotel and it was the best dive of our lives. It was in a private boat and Amir, the snorkeling guide, did amazing videos of me and my husband with his gopro! After check out we were going to Ukulhas with the public ferry, but it was canceled because of the rain and the hotel booked a private boat for us, for free! We also forgot a belong inside the room and they sent this to us in Ukulhas! Thank you so much! Special thanks for Amir and Nixaam.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The apartment for 5 people was the ideal accommodation for our family. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the accommodation was a Maldivian menu, for dinner and lunch we went to local restaurants.

I had a fantastic experience at Tropico Villa. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with genuine warmth and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. The hotel is situated straight on the bikini beach, which offers a lot of swimming, diving, snorkeling and sport spots. Saud and his team were very friendly and always looked for a guest being pleased and hosted well. The room was cleaned every day. As we have booked a full-board, the restaurant nearby was well organized for a lunch and dinner. The food at the same restaurant might be a bit monotonous for a long stay, so we would recommend one week full board and the other week trying food at the different restaurants (Sapora was our favorite one).
