Great experience .First time in Malta but definitely not the last time.We choose Deep Blue Boutique to celebrate our 20 years wedding anniversary and on my opening that was a perfect choice! Great room with fantastic view.Big terrace with hot tub .Our room has been specially decorated and bottle of Prosecco was ready for us. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help.

This hotel is a gem in Valletta. Immediately upon entering the hotel you are greeted with a nice drink and snacks. The reception lady, Silvia was extremely kind to us. She was always aware and smiling. She is so helpful. In the evening they had free drinks and tapas in their bar area. The location is amazing. So easy to get to all areas of Valletta and it's also quiet. The breakfast was very nice although is would be nice to have more hot food items besides only eggs. I was really amazed with how clean the room was. It was as if we were the first ones to stay in it. Each day they cleaned it immaculately. Silvia arranged a taxi for us at 3:45am and even had boxed breakfast for us as we left to the airport. She was so kind and helpful to us. We hope to return here in the future.

Very modern, stylish and clean. Everything felt new and fresh. Great location and beautiful view. We loved that they offer free water to fill up your water bottles every day. Sustainability is important at this hotel, which we think is fabulous. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel in Malta. The staff at breakfast, especially Marleny, was so kind, happy, and helpful. Gluten free bread and cereal available and oat milk for us dairy free travelers. Lots of restaurants for dinner nearby. Shopping and (rocky) beaches close by. All in all, everything was great!! We would gladly stay here again!!

We just loved this place, modern,clean roomy with a little deck. Just a short walk away from restaurants down at the bay. The rooftop is awesome not only for breakfast with friendly staff, but to enjoy the late afternoon/evening with your own beverage. Beyond our expectations.

    Zurrieq is a quiet, traditional village.

    Zurrieq is a quiet, traditional village. It has all the basics, e.g. supermarket, green grocers, butchers, pharmacy, 24/7 corner store and even an electrical appliances store which came in handy when I forgot my phone charger. It has a few take aways for pizza, burgers, etc, Kaian is excellent, and one restaurant which we did not try because there was a problem with the kitchen when we were there. It's a great base for exploring Malta as long as you enjoy peace and quiet. Hardly any tourists know it exists, but on the other hand you won't find bars, shops and excitement here. Parking is on street and you can find a space if you drive around 2-3 roads. Be careful as some of the streets are very very narrow and Google maps/Waze may send you that way - sticking to the main roads is faster and safer. I suspect the exception is the week of the village fiesta, which we didn't experience, but from talking to the locals, is a huge event.

    Great for a short stay plenty of walking routes for moderate walkers The Blue Grotto and Unesco site worth a visit Buses and taxis available. The Aalto Resturant was first class suggest booking so not to be disappoint.
