During my recent motorcycle trip through the Balkans, I had the opportunity to stay here for one night, and the experience with the host and their family was wonderful. They offered me some delicious local food, and we had the chance to talk about the country and the potential for tourism in Macedonia. I highly recommend anyone passing through to stay at least one night with this family. The place is also safe for parking your motorcycle or car if you’re traveling. Very close to Tetovo city centre. The staff is very kind. There is also the acquapark free for the clients of the hotel. The rooms are clean and nice with everything inside.

The lodge is situated in a very special spot in Canyon Matka. You have a beautiful view from the terrace of a spacious 2 bedroom appartment with a big living room and a kitchen. All is clean, newly furnished, with a touch of art and good taste. We felt cozy and welcomed. The hosts are super nice, communicative and friendly. Ilija was also helpful with tips for visiting the Canyon. We were their first guests, and we can only recommend the place for all other visitors - either couples, or families (we are family of 4 people). Get ready for a pretty adventurous drive up the hill to get to the lodge, however we managed with Skoda Rapid (no 4WD :-).

The flat is very clean and well equipped, you can cook full meals if you want. The host is very lovely and welcoming, and happy to answer all your questions. Very sweet gesture was the welcome bottle of wine, cold water and sweets that were waiting for us upon our arrival. If the location fits your preferences, this accomodation is a great choice!
