During my recent motorcycle trip through the Balkans, I had the opportunity to stay here for one night, and the experience with the host and their family was wonderful. They offered me some delicious local food, and we had the chance to talk about the country and the potential for tourism in Macedonia. I highly recommend anyone passing through to stay at least one night with this family. The place is also safe for parking your motorcycle or car if you’re traveling. Amazing view. The host went above and beyond and picked me up from the bus stop, let me use the washing machine in their personal home and dropped me into Matka village! Definitely one of the best spots I’ve stayed. It is a gravel hike up a hill to the property- but it’s worth it. Relaxed vibe and very clean. Would recommend!
