The best about this hotel is its staff, especially the receptionists, the cleaners and the people working in the restaurant. They were very helpful and nice, it feels like a big family! The breakfast is good and the location is as good as it gets in Ifrane.

This was a wonderful hotel. Even if it was far from the Medina, it was surrounded by beautiful nature and I enjoyed it. Everything was great, the shower very hot water, TV , WiFi all working well. Nice warm blankets. Especially I want to thank the staff Ismael and isan who were so kind, so helpful, so generous and offered me the greatest hospitality. Breakfast so generous with extra gifts and love and care, by far the best I had in Morocco and they let me cook, they helped me with everything, I felt like a nice family. Many thanks for your kindness
