I had a fantastic experience at Swiss hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but the highlight was the amazing reception girl shaima She was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very attentive. Manal and the other receptionists made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was personally served and the espresso was delicious. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are amazing they couldn't do enough for us. A very special thanks to Brahim for his exceptional hospitality and Rabies for his wonderful service in the restaurant.
