Everything is very, very clean. Convenient capsules, cleansing the Internet. It's a very friendly permonal. It's very convenient if it's an early flight and you're not from Riga. It's better to come in the evening and get a proper sleep and fly in the morning. It's convenient. Everything is at the highest level.

I recently stayed at this new hotel in the city center, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the high-quality finishes and furnishings caught my eye, making for a luxurious experience right from the start. The location is perfect—close to all major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast served on the 6th floor.     Stay in Riga depends on what you are looking for. if its history and architecture then couple of days is enough, if not a single day is enough on a sunny day. then there are nearby attractions that one can go like Rundale palace and Jurmala beach, so couple of days outside of riga from riga.

    Riga is a little jewel.

    Riga is a little jewel. The old town is very small, you can walk easily anywhere. We visited with our children and an energetic 1.5 year old Hungarian vizsla so we were grateful for the proximity of the beautiful park just a few steps from our apartment in the main square. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the candles on the tables in all the restaurants. Would definitely recommend trying Black Balsam. The only thing I didn’t like was parking. It cost 30 euros a day in a central location, slightly cheaper a bit further away. I would recommend visiting Riga without a car if you can avoid it but this is only for Riga, we also visited nearby Jurmala and Kemeri National Park and for those it was great having a car though it is also doable by train.

    Beautiful, safe and clean city.

    Beautiful, safe and clean city. It should definitely be on everyones "must visit" list. The city is rich in history. I have to recommend KGB museum and guided tour. It is a bit costly, but you will not regret at all. You can spend very nice summer evening on one of multiple terrace in the city centre and taste local food and excellent drinks. When you try "BALSAM", better take the flavored option. The original one is not so enjoyable.

    I loved every minute of my stay in Riga. The Old City is a joy to explore and there is a super choice of restaurants. The park and canal opposite the hotel was a beautiful place to relax after lots of walking.

    Riga is a wonderful place to visit and makes for a great starting point to explore Latvia. The city has a fantastic restaurant scene with plenty of options to enjoy, from casual bites to more refined dining. It’s also very easy to get around on foot, even with children, which made exploring stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, Riga offers a perfect balance of charm, convenience, and accessibility.

The Old Town charms with its cobblestone streets, colorful houses, and stunning architecture, while modern districts offer a vibrant atmosphere full of cafés, restaurants, and cultural spots. The city feels both historic and lively, making it perfect for sightseeing and relaxation. Everything is within walking distance, and the locals are welcoming.     Good and comfortable hotel in the center of the Old Town in Riga. But, in my opinion, a hotel of this category should have a better managed front desk, just one person to cover a 12h work shift from 8h to 20h, she was polite and helpful answering our messages but the arrival was not a good experience because of the problems to park and they should never recommend the parking in front of the Hotel.

    The Grand Poet is a stunning hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The food and cocktails were lovely. The whole place was kept immaculately clean. We were very happy with our room, the restaurant and pool/spa area were amazing. Great location being only a 5 minute walk to old town. Check in and check out were made very simple. We would definately return to this hotel when in Riga.

    The location is right in the centre of Riga with access to the old town and art nouveau areas. The hotel was very very good value. The staff are very helpful. It is a cheap hotel with shared facilities so don't expect the Ritz the room was large, comfortable and had enough charging points to keep your devices happy.
