My one-night stay at Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Victor Hugo was truly delightful. Location-wise, this hotel is an absolute gem. Situated in the heart of Luxembourg City, it offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and accessibility. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable. If you're looking for a superb location, impeccable service, and a comfortable, well-appointed room, this hotel is an excellent choice. Very comfortable bed, cleaning every day, wonderful shower...next to the bus stops, market, quiet location.. This was probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever been to.. and of course "no stress" staff, guys were very positive and helpful!

The hotel looks recently refurbished. Despite the abundance of roses on every surface, it's nice. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower. Location is great with a bus stop literally outside the door for getting in to the city centre.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is outside the city centre so it's quiet and peaceful, but with the free public transport it's easy to travel into the city centre (bus no. 21, about 10 minutes). The staff were very charming and my room was a good size for a single and clean. The breakfast was good, everything was very fresh and a good quality.

We stayed at Skol L'Original for a night whilst exploring the city of Luxembourg. We arrived, and used key safes to enter our room. The room and hotel are lovely, not a conventional hotel but the room was gorgeous, and clean. Its located 15 mins away from the centre of Luxembourg via free public transport which is a great bonus and it also had free car parking at the hotel which was great. The hotel does have a bar underneath the rooms which we were aware of when we booked. Music does play until 1am - which we were hesitant about but earplugs were provided in the room and we didn't really notice it as we were watching telly until late. The shower in the room was fantastic, perfect pressure and temperature. The room also had heating/air con system which was also a massive plus. If we ever return to Luxembourg, we would definitely stay here again, and recommend.

    I only stayed for one night on Oct.29. I told the hotel I would stay for one night but the hotel charged me two nights. It is very unacceptable that the hotel gave me the ready made invoice before giving me the key to my room. The invoiced charged me two nights. I told the hotel I only stay one night, but the hotel said it was already charged. If I have anything, talk to Booking. It is Booking who charged two nights. So, I need refund from Booking.

    It is an all round good offer for the traveller that wants a short, resting stay. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, which is a great convenience. Very good breakfast, personalized, great coffee. The settings, a tranquil, charming, prosperous village in Luxembourg allows for most pleasant walks.
