I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this vacation house. The home was quite comfy, immaculate, and well-maintained. It was in a prime location, close to the highway and stores, making transportation a breeze. Everything went perfectly thanks to the owner's great friendliness and assistance. I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. The hospitality was exceptional. Mr Dinesh recieved us at airport in the middle of night. Great service. When my child got sick he took her to hospital also. A very kind gesture from the hotel was they arranged for special food for my daughter during her illness. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. It's right on the beach and the humongous windows of the room augment the beach view experience. Wifi is good and the pool is cozy. Would 100% recommend. Everything was taken care by Mr Dinesh. We stayed there as our first stop in Srilanka. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There was no kitchen but we knew this before booking. Jason and his mother were excellent hosts, from check in at 4 am till the time we checked out. There is a nice garden at the back and sit out area. Grocery stores and few restaurants are at walking distance. You can easily get a tuk-tuk from the main road which is short walk from the property.

We highly recommend The Beach Boutique. We had 4 days to land and relax. We experienced a very high level of service, good rooms, and great food. The owner drove us to the nearest tuk tuk when we couldn't find one, he even lent us money so we could exchange it in town. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, smiling, and friendly.     The town was good and travel was convenient.

    The town was good and travel was convenient. However the cleanliness of the house inside was not satisfactory. It felt like the room had not been aerated for a while and it smelled bad initially. The care taker was a pleasant person. However the pillows and bed had not been dusted or changed prior to our arrival and my mother ended up with an eye infection.
