I like the location of the facility. It was very close to the town. You can easily walk to it from the bus stand without needing a taxi. The staff who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful.

An amazing place and man. If you want to climb a nearby peak, walk through the jungle, try wild pepper, cinnamon and other plants Michael will make it possible for you. He took us on an amazing trek, which we could experience thanks to him. As for the accommodation, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. The bed has a mosquito net, but I did not notice any mosquitoes in the evening (unusual). Michael is talkative, you can ask him about everything and he is very keen to show you what is best in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend staying with him.

Victory Inn  was right off the main bus route and an easy 5 min walk from the bus stop. The hotel is large, rooms are large and clean with storage space. There's a balcony as well. Wifi was strong in the room. AC also very strong. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and very helpful. We ate at the restaurant, the food was incredible. They made sure we had enough to eat, and served us cold fruit drinks and cold beer. They also had breakfast ready for us in the morning that we pre ordered. They helped us figure out which bus to take to our next destination in the morning! The staff took excellent care of us and we highly recommend anyone coming through Monaragala to stay here. It's right on the main strip so you can also walk to anything you need. Cannot emphasize how amazing and attentive the staff are!!!

Something I noticed was the hospitality of staff...They were superb..Foods also were delisious.Tried Sri Lankan dishes..super spicy and delisious..SoSomewhat quite calm place which helped me to complete my official works.One of the best hotel and staff I met in Sri Lanka.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff was absolutely welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were greeted with a warm cup of tea, it was wonderful :) Their large garden is a great space to chill, and they also have a book exchange! Thank you :)

This place is fantastic! It’s in a great location with easy access to roads, groceries, and food shops. The view of the surrounding paddy fields is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful vibe is unmatched. The owner and staff are incredibly supportive and friendly, and the place is spotless.
