We loved everything about this place. We were greeted on arrival by the family and were able to check in early. They upgraded us to one of their brand new rooms which was an amazing raised cabin, it had stunning views over the pool and you could watch the sun set. They have a restaurant on site which was handy, breakfast was superb. The grounds and gardens are bueatiful and well kept. The pool is massive and kept very clean. Wish we could of stayed longer.

The place is very beautiful and the owner and his family are very kind. We went here for 1 night and we were so pleased that we stayed 4 nights. The rooms , the garden , all is very clean , quite and pleasant . We used bicycle to go to the wonderful and splendid archaeological site of Mihintale and to the lake.

The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to reach. The hospitality of the staff was excellent - they were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious with a nice variety of options to choose from. I would happily recommend it to others.

Absolutely liked everything about the Residence by Amaya. Relaxed ambience, convenient location closer to Anuradhapura town and other main attractions of the city. We really loved our stay at Divine Villa. Hashan and his wife are the most generous hosts and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. We even got a free room upgrade! The room was spacious, luxurious and very clean with a nice ‘jungle’ view. The beds are very comfy as well. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and they made us dinner which was also very tasty! We were sad to leave the place, because it was so nice and calm. When we left, Hashan even washed our tuktuk because of mud inside. Hashan also gave us a lot of information and advice about the area, activities and our Sri Lanka itinerary in general. Would very much recommend! :)
