Everything was perfect. Safety and cleanlinessnis what I value the most and they exceeded it, above and beyond. Very relaxing atmosphere in the rooms and eventhough we are near the road, there is no noise disturbance. They are the most generous and humble hosts I've ever met. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. I dare anyone to prove me wrong.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. Congratulations on creating such a fantastic space, and I’m sure many more happy guests will follow..i will recommend this hotel for all visitors ..

We booked this hotel for 2 nights after a very long trip. We wanted something quiet and good for working and chill. Unlike many other places in Sri Lanka, this hotel has great Western standards and facilities. Beware though, the hotel is inside Orion Tower, on floor 19. We had very fluent communication via WhatsApp and had no issues reaching the place. We also booked a taxi with them.

The hospitality was exceptional. Mr Dinesh recieved us at airport in the middle of night. Great service. When my child got sick he took her to hospital also. A very kind gesture from the hotel was they arranged for special food for my daughter during her illness. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. It's right on the beach and the humongous windows of the room augment the beach view experience. Wifi is good and the pool is cozy. Would 100% recommend. Everything was taken care by Mr Dinesh. We stayed there as our first stop in Srilanka. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There was no kitchen but we knew this before booking. Jason and his mother were excellent hosts, from check in at 4 am till the time we checked out. There is a nice garden at the back and sit out area. Grocery stores and few restaurants are at walking distance. You can easily get a tuk-tuk from the main road which is short walk from the property.

We highly recommend The Beach Boutique. We had 4 days to land and relax. We experienced a very high level of service, good rooms, and great food. The owner drove us to the nearest tuk tuk when we couldn't find one, he even lent us money so we could exchange it in town. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, smiling, and friendly. It’s a lovely hotel, too bad we had only one night there. Very clean, beautiful place, nice territory, beautiful Christmas decorations now. Good food in the restaurant. The staff very nice and friendly. Special thanks to the host Madhu, she is the nicest and most helpful.

    Convenience related to the distance to main road and access to other amenities nearby. Although close to the road the noise was never a problem. Calm and cozy place and you may never wanna leave. This location and resort is worth every penny.
