We had a pleasure of staying a week in this villa. We loved EVERYTHING ❤️ Villa is located in this amazing, beautiful place, right on the beach. You always hear the calming sound of the waves.. Villa was very new and clean, beautiful interior, large comfortable bed. Rooms are cleaned daily. It is a distant place from the busy and loud city, and that is what we loved. We didnt want to leave this place and go exploring, we just loved BEING there and slowing down. Our girl enjoyed the swimming pool very day. I found yoga classes happening just 15min walk on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. Thank you guys! We recommend this place 100%. We were so happy that we have chosen this peaceful place instead of noisy Arugam bay.

Everything! The atmosphere, the staff, the cabana and the food. The place is just lovely and the views are breathtaking. I am definitely coming back next time I am in Sri Lanka. Wish I could have stayed longer. This was the best out of all the places I stayed during my travels around the country. They just do everything a little better than others.

Location at the lonely beach near Pottuvil Point was beautiful and also way less crowded with the surrounding farmlands. Chilled hide-out compared to party-tourism at Arugam Bay main beach. We’ve even seen an elephant at Pottuvil Point. Staff and manager were super friendly, extremely helpful and took care that the place felt like home - and hands-down: best hotel food in our entire Sri Lanka round travel - looking forward to receiving your Dhal receipe :)

We felt like home, everything is made for you to feel good, the pool is amazing, bungalows are super comfy, restaurant is really good (even the European food but also the local food not to spicy l, you can ask on demand), owners really helpful, friendly, here for you and the staff is joyful and super friendly to ! We had a great time in Spice Trail! Excellent location and very helpful staff. Himasha LEO showed us some nice places in the area and told us a lot about Arugam Bay & Sri Lanka. If you are going to Arugam Bay, you can't skip this place! The swimming pool is perfect.

Located near the bay, and main street however in quiet area. The facility is new, rooms are nice, bed comfy and bath clean. Outside, there is a patio where you can relax. There was also fridge freezer and small kitchen available. Great place.

The Swiss Bay Hotel is set in a truly beautiful and naturally serene environment. Staying here brought us great joy. The staff were incredibly kind and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. We definitely wish to return to Swiss Bay Hotel again in the future.
