Everything was great, very friendly staff. Especially the marketing executive Mr Gayan and Ms Ishara and whole reception team and Restraunt and room attendance team helped us every minute. Very wonderful, I have to say, please don't hesitate to come and have a good experience. Beautiful environment and birds. I love this place. I will come back in the future with my whole family. We could give 10 stars for this amazing stay. We did not expect much and were completely overwhelmed by both the service and the fabulous accommodation. We had a very warm welcome with hot towels, ice tea and luggage carrying service. The rooms are super spacious and absolutely clean (we got an upgrade :), but all rooms looked very nice). The best we got in Sri Lanka by far! Western Standard with Sri Lankan hospitality! 🙏🏻☺️ Pool was also very nice to take a swim and afterwards you can have a cocktail in the shaded lobby outdoors. Hotel is located in a very calm area, walking distance to town. The food served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious at very reasonable prices. Also breakfast was amazing, you can choose between Sri Lankan and Western breakfast. The hotel manager was always around to ask how we are doing. He and all the staff were extraordinary friendly and helpful. We cannot understand negative reviews - in that case - these might be FAKE. We highly recommend staying at Kevans Casa on the way between Sigirya and Ella. Thank you so much again! 🙏🏻

This place is absolutely amazing! The hosts are a such a lovely family. They welcomed us and right away offed a lunch. The food was so good so we had a dinner and breakfast too. We will make sure to come back and stay longer.

This guesthouse, run by a couple, is about 1 km from the bus station. After checking in, I learned they have two separate buildings with rooms. The newer one looks decent, but I stayed in the older one. It’s very basic and somewhat clean, but the room is quite dated. There’s no Wi-Fi, the room is warm and hot without air conditioning, and the shower only has cold water. The electric fan is noisy, and sometimes bugs come into the room from outside. They provide mosquito coils, though. For such a low price, this is probably what you get. The couple is friendly and kind, clearly good people. They even helped me receive my courier delivery.

Retreat Luxury Eco Resort in Kandy. From the warm welcome to the exceptional hospitality, everything was top-notch. The owner, Chaminda, personally welcomed us and escorted us to the property, which was such a thoughtful gesture. During our stay, we enjoyed two amazing treks and had the most refreshing bath in the natural waterfall pool – a truly unforgettable experience! The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. This place is a true gem, and I would recommend it a thousand times over!
