We had a truly wonderful stay at Croft Cottage! The property is a stunning British-style 3-storey villa, beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The location is excellent, making it both peaceful and convenient. The cottage has lovely common areas that make it feel warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing together. All facilities are top-notch, thoughtfully provided, and everything worked seamlessly. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Taranga, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable in every way. His attention to detail, hospitality, and genuine care made the experience exceptional — he truly elevated our time here. Overall, Croft Cottage is the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and luxury. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely love to return!

We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

I had a great experience during my stay! The staff provided excellent service-friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Good location, cozy stay! Loved JL Grand’s central spot near Gregory Lake and Victoria Park. Staff were warm and attentive—our room had breathtaking lake views and was impeccably clean. Breakfast was continental, they were keen to bring you more if you asked, though Wi-Fi was weak in rooms. Ideal for exploring Nuwara Eliya’s charm! Staff was great providing the heater!

Our stay at Baron Luxury Boutique was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Dinali made everything perfect. She was incredibly attentive and ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of. A big thank you as well to the kind gentleman who brought us tea and coffee, served our breakfast each morning, and even carried our luggage up and down the stairs with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the thoughtful breakfast box at 6am on our safari day. The room was cozy and warm thanks to the stove, and we were also given an umbrella to walk to the car in the rain..such a thoughtful touch. We were even offered a free late check-out, which made our stay even more relaxing. The communication was excellent, with fast replies to every message we sent.
