We visited Horton Plains and were looking for a place that felt safe, peaceful, and like home — and Tea Sprig Villa Boralanda was the perfect find! This is one of the newest and safest villas in the area, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We stayed for 2 nights, and what made this place even more special is that we were their very first guests — what an honor! 🙏 The family running the villa is super friendly, warm, and caring. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with so much love. The clean fresh air, hot water, and beautiful surroundings made us feel like we were in heaven. This place is quiet, clean, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and unforgettable experience. We will definitely come again. Wonderful location, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Small boutique place, with lots of care and individual attention. Staff were very helpful. Nice little pool, I think a sauna would be a nice addition.

Amazing place and highly recommend anyone to SL to visit this hotel. Views are stunning, rooms are independent, beautifully designed and provides privacy. Staff is super nice and efficient , they give you personalized services and take care of every need, which you don't find in most of the hotel. Mr. Vipula and the entire went above and beyond in hospitality and big thanks to them for making our trip memorable.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking 24 hectares of tea plantation, surrounded by luscious mountains. It is the perfect combination of peace and isolation amidst a breathtaking scenery. The hotel staff are very attentive to guests’ needs - be it booking car transfers or showing the best hike routes in the area. This place is a gem and we look forward to coming back.

Located a little down from the Ohia railway station, this accommodation was very mind-blowing and received a very warm welcome with a hot cup of coffee. Very friendly staff with smiling faces. Very nice interior and clean surroundings. They own a restaurant with delicious food and charge a reasonable amount for it.

They have arranged great dinner for us. As part of our package, we got breakfast. That was amazing. It was very nice to stay in this hotel, it's in the middle of the nature and close to the road. The manager is very kind, friendly and helpful. We have even extend for one night more because it's so calm and peaceful. Good place for a retreat.
