Amazing property at a great location. You have a really nice view of Sigiriya rock sith rice fields around you. Everything was cleand and the staff was super friendly with helping us with everything we needed.

Everything was exceptional, the staff went out of their way to help us and were among the kindest and most genuine people we met in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much for everything. Very comfortable rooms and spotless bathrooms. The breakfast was also the very best we had in Sri Lanka. The hotel was so good it spoiled everywhere we stayed after.. nowhere was as good!! Everything was outstanding! The hotel staff went above and beyond for my partners birthday, we couldn’t thank them enough. Room was beautiful, clean and modern with an excellent view! Pool was lovely and had amazing views of Lion rock. Breakfast was also really tasty! Would 100% recommend and return!

The owner is very friendly and can speak English really well. He helps you with all excursions without being pushy or taking commission. The pool is also fabulous.

The Cottage is beautiful, they have curated such a perfect space, with only a handful of bungalows on site you get to really enjoy the garden and pool area in peace. The room was so clean with a very effective mosquito net. The food was also a 10/10, we enjoyed a delicious and authentic Sri Lankan breakfast each morning (continental is also an option). The staff were so hospitable and friendly, special thank you to Bianca who took us on a lovely bike ride to a nearby lake!
