Great value for money. Spacious and comfortable modern room. Staff was helpful and booked transport to Chiang Rai for me for a good price. Free coffee and tea in the common area was nice.

The host was exceptional! She immediately helped us book a train ticket and saved us 8 hours of travel. The beds were super comfy and the AC worked like a dream. There was delicious food across the street. We had such a great stay!!

This is a perfect accommodation for the slow boat. The hosts are so lovely and accommodating. They literally organised everything for us from booking the boat tickets to packed lunch for the journey. They also had sim cards available for us to buy directly from them. They can also organise tours if you're staying longer. The boat ticket also included a free shuttle to the pier which was very helpful. They went the extra mile for me. I forgot my earphones at the guesthouse. I messaged them and they found it and brought it down to the boat straight away within 10min. I really appreciated that! And they wouldn't take anything from me as a thank you. If i come back to huay xai, i will definitely be staying here again. Another fantastic reason to stay here is the sunset views from their terrace. Really a wonderful place with wonderful people. Thank you again!

perfect location just in the border town of Laos perfect for staying a night and getting the slow boat the next day - lovely little restaurants near by and slow boat to Luang Prabang easily booked for cheap from here
