Wow! What can I say? There are not enough superlatives to do justice to this property. I would love to keep the secret of this wonderful place all to myself but that would be unfair to all those whose amazing efforts have brought this hotel to such an outstanding level. We have travelled throughout the UK, USA, Europe and extensively in SE Asia and we have never visited a better property than the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The combination of a sympathetic heritage design, understated elegance and fine attention to detail, make this a 5 star + hotel. Everything is designed to offer luxury and privacy. From the marble and brass bathroom thyme to the old fashioned herring bone tiling techniques, it all comes together to create an amazing tasteful environment. The rooms are bright airy and spacious with high quality bedding and accessories. The facilities include a coffee shop, two restaurants, spa and beautiful pool area. All these areas continue to provide the same understated elegance common to the entire property. The staff all maintain the highest standards of professionalism while remaining engaging and friendly. Special thanks must go to Nouna, Nounee and Tookta who made our evenings at the bar such an entertaining and enlightening experience. My number one choice of hotel – ANYWHERE!!!! Amazing stay! The hotel is very new, the facilities were spotless, and the room was extremely spacious. The staff were very friendly and even helped me with an early check-in, as well as showing me around the hotel facilities (special thanks to Mr. Jin at the spa front desk). The swimming pool was great, and the hotel was not crowded. I will definitely go back again!

Very tidy and clean accommodation that reminded me of staying in a motel rather than a hotel or guest house. Lovely pool, very pleasant management and staff who booked tickets for us, well positioned in terms of eateries and bars, convenience stores and ATM's. Can't go wrong.
