The hotel is new, located very conveniently. Nicely designed exterior and interior, I especially liked the cordless phone chargers. Soundproofing is very good. Breakfast is great. I loved those pumpkins and beetroots. Girls at Reception were extremely helpful and caring. We left at 04:00 and they gave us our take-away breakfast boxes, even though we forgot to ask for it in advance.

Wonderful staff and fabulous breakfast. The staffs are so helpful..really felt very welcome snd lòoked after in Symkent. Sent in laundry and all came back fast, nice and clean, they really make effort, very impressed.
