Very comfortable and excellent facilities in room. Great dining room service. Indeed a very good service from all of the most cheerful and helpful staff. A most pleasant stay. Great value for the money. The only slight problem is that it is not particularly well located for travel around the city, not badly located but much walking involved as it is not close to one of the Metro stations. They ordered me a Uber taxi once which arrived promptly and was very cheap. Definitely recommended.

Really specious apartment with great walking distance to all points of the city. Warm personal which is trying to make your stay enjoyable and ready to help. I'm travelling a lot and it's the great place for someone who is looking for a really clean place in quiet neighbourhood. Definitely, will consider staying again.

The hotel is very clean & always smells of roses It is located in a vibrant area where you have shops cafes restaurants & even pharmacies. The owner of the hotel mr. Garik texted me if i was ok because i checked in late. The hotel is a ran by a family & therefore you are served with unmatched quality. I am fortunate to stay & this hotel & meet this great family staff & recommend it to everyone. P.S try the burgers from the hotel restaurant it is to die for

A really quiet environment, no noise at night. After midnight check in is possible. Quite close to city centre, a walking distance. Water cooler available in the corridor of each floor, an electric kettle, tea and instant coffee bags are provided in the room, individual toiletry and hair dryer in bathrooms, bath robes and slippers inside the wardrobe.
