TV with CNN and BBC programs+ a number of programs in the different languages- italian, french, arabic, turkish, kazakh, russian...Phantastic location in the middle of the town. Shower and bath, high quality sleeping arrangements. And yes- Nescafe coffee-machine with 4-5 different types of coffee and unlimited amount of Turan water bottles. A great view from a room of great size. Will stay again.

The view on the botanical garden was perfect. We loved the cantine at 2nd floor, very affordable prices, lots of choice, delicious and it has discount for the hotel guests. The room was big, the bed was comfortable. Saturday evening there was loud music from the bar at the entrance of the hotel but it stopped at 23:00 so it didn’t bother our sleep. The other days it was totally quiet. We could leave our bags all day long after checkout. P.S.: There is a perfect restaurant not far from the hotel: Qazaq Gourmet.
