greet location in jeju city and anywhere further out is accessible by bus or a cheap taxi! staff was really friendly and helpful with booking taxis for our day trips. great view of the ocean from our balcony! delicious food in the restaurant and a lovely hotel bar

Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to Stella Kim for her outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju Island. Great parking spaces and the Sakura trees on the road in front of the hotel were so pretty. Bonus point. The staff said there’s no amenities and that there’s a convenient store on g floor. We hurriedly bought shampoos etc only to find out that they did have shampoos etc. Just not tooth brush.
