The uniqueness of the resort, the beauty and serenity, not forgetting the amazing/hospitable staff. Food was absolutely lovely, and so were the cocktails 🍸. The view from the bubble room at night was unimaginably great (watching the stars & full moon).

The staff are super kind and accomodating. Housekeeping so helpful and considerate. Facilities great. Location great. Views a thing of wonder! The food was good, especially the fish&salad. We really loved being there & definately returning soon.

Everything. We visited the restaurant a year ago and had a fabulous meal. The pool was beautiful, and the hotel and restaurant also, all set in beautiful gardens. We decided to return and stay this year, again in September. We chose the Junior Suite on half board, option. It was superb. Lovely room with terrace and resident cat. Beautiful features all around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great food. Well stocked bar. etc, etc. And so peaceful. Manni is a great host, and very attentive. Breakfasts were also excellent, and the half board option is great value. Eunice the masseuse, and the new spa area, were also fantastic. Finally, the location was also superb. Away from the noise and people of Watamu town, but only by a tuk tuk ride. And Garoda beach is an easy walk. We will be back.

The ambience, the staffs were very friendly, Kennedy at the reception was very welcoming, Jane in the restaurant always followed up if we were okay, the pools were clean, everything about it was at per.

On 200 metres of sandy beach and direct in the Watamu National Marine Park, Turtle Bay is one of Kenya’s most extensive all inclusive hotels.

Staff friendly and caring. Location great. Adult pool a wonderful place. Not crowded, suited us. Plenty of good options but I would like more vegetables.
