Drexel House was very welcoming and its location in Karen is great - an oasis of calm in a busy city. As soon as you enter the gates, the noise of the city seems far away, and you feel relaxed and peaceful. The gardens are wonderful and we enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast. The breakfast options were great, and the team was very helpful in preparing snacks for us when we arrived late at night. Jeremy is super helpful, proactive and friendly, and made our stay very comfortable. We left a personal item behind in our room, and he was very solicitous in helping us retrieve it. We will definitely come back when we are next in Nairobi.

I rarely write reviews as I spend a lot of time in business hotels BUT Best Western Westlands stands out from every other business hotel I stay in for one reason - the most accommodating and helpful staff ever! Nothing is ever too much trouble and each and every staff member goes out of their way to make sure that your stay is perfect. I had a fantastic time at Raha Suites. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged, making the place feel very classic and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The food was absolutely 10/10, and the location is perfect right in Westlands, one of the best areas to stay in Nairobi. I truly felt I got great value for my money, and the attention to detail in how everything is organized is impressive. If you’re visiting Nairobi, Raha Suites is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would rate it 10/10, no complaints at all
