We had an awesome stay here. Family of 6 with 2 rooms. I chose this hotel for the kids to have a day of leisure while I went for a drive to explore Himeji. Free amenities included and has a laundry room with awesome dryers and vending machines. A couple of restaurants and onsens. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was genuinely enjoyable thanks to a mix of thoughtful amenities and charming design. - The location was incredibly convenient - perfect for exploring the area and just a short walk to the nearby onsen. - The building itself has a cool heritage vibe, beautifully maintained and full of character. - Our room was both private and spacious, offering a level of comfort that made it easy to relax - Parking was a breeze: all-day access for just 1000 yen, and the hotel even arranged pickup and drop-off from the carpark. - The staff were fantastic - friendly and proactive. Though the carpark is a little bit far away from the hotel, the shuttle service is very convenient. My kid enjoyed the Toy museum very much. Also appreciated the helpful staff and room cleanliness. The famous onsen “Kin no yu” is right outside!

This was the first room we had with a place to sit down for two (eating our takeaway dinner) and having a really spacious and comfortable kingsize bed. Also we had enough room for our luggage. This is definitely on our list if we manage to come back to Kobe. Another plus: Kobe Station (local trains) is just around the corner and there’s a 7/11 on the 1st floor.

We stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel for our last night in Japan before flying home from Kansai Airport. It is conveniently located in Sannomiya, close to the train station, the Airport Limousine bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious for this type of hotel and way more luxurious than I expected for the very reasonable price! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I made an error when booking and they promptly helped me to fix it (and spoke excellent English, which was helpful as I was unable to explain my mistake with my limited Japanese!) I look forward to staying again next time I visit Kobe!
