We stayed here for one night on our way to the JAXA Tsukuba Space Center. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable for the three of us. We appreciated having a microwave in the room—it was very practical for a quick meal or snack. The parking lot is spacious and free of charge, which made things even more convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay at a very good price. We would definitely consider coming back if we're in the area again.

This hotel is fantastic! I would stay again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made all the difference when it was time for me to return home because they arranged a taxi to the airport. I am grateful!

The bath and sauna was wonderful! The free popsicles were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for what we needed. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for tourists visiting Tokyo, but for my purposes it was great.

The staff on the front desk and very friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. The location is at the station so it's convenient for the train. The rooms are small but nothing out of the ordinary for a business type hotel.

The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with big rooms and all the necessary comfort. Very close to the train station, in a nice area, there are shops with everything you need. We also had a good breakfast. Very close to the hotel, on the other side of the railway, there is a stop for a luxury bus that connects the Haneda Aeroport to the hotel area.

The room was a good size and had a very good-sized desk to work from. The hotel in general was a comfortable space to be in, especially the lobby area. Loved the onsen. The restaurant satisfied both Japanese and Western food cuisines for breakfast and served up good Italian food too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Only a 1-minute walk from from the Kenkyu Gakuen Train Station, Hotel Bestland features accommodations with a flat-screen TV and free wired internet access.
