The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. They provided me with excellent recommendations on restaurants and attractions nearby that I could visit and helped set up a day tour for me at a great price. Location is a walkable distance from the major sites in Amman. The hotel is newly renovated and feels brand new. This hotel could easily be a 4 star hotel and is well worth the price for anyone looking for accommodation downtown.

We stayed as a couple in a hotel. Hotel Sandra is quite new and modern and has a perfect location in Amman downtown. A short walk to the Roman Amphitheatre and the Amman Citadel. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. After arrival, they gave us recommendations (food, things to see ...) and things to be aware of in downtown. As a bonus staff also provided help and communications with locals so you have the best staying in Amman possible. Even though hotel Sandra is located on a busy street, in case of safety, you don't have to worry, someone is always in reception and a camera system is running.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Hilton Amman! Huge thanks to the entire staff for making our two stays in the same week truly unforgettable. Special shoutout to Ali (a fellow Messi and Argentina fan!) and Sally at reception, as well as the guy that wears glasses at reception whose name escapes us. We also want to mention the exceptional kindness of the girl with glasses who greets you at breakfast and the host at the Lebanese restaurant. We got an upgrade to two phenomenal rooms that was a lovely surprise, and the late check-out was a lifesaver when we needed it most. The rooms themselves were luxurious, from the comfortable beds to the beautiful decor, amazing amenity kit, and even dates as a welcome gift. The hotel has a great selection of restaurants, and the pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Jordan. We'll definitely be back!
