Amazing location in the heart of Amman! The hotel is very central, with clean and comfortable rooms, a strong shower, and all facilities in perfect working order. The bed was cozy, and the delicious breakfast with a view was a great way to start the day. The entire staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Marwan ( manager), Rami( excursions and driver), Nour(reception), and Meshal( housekeeping).Rami was exceptional and instrumental in every way possible. He drove us to amazing places throughout Jordan and educated us in every location. His knowledge and choices of delicious restaurants is excellent! He was a perfect, positive, friendly addition to our time in Jordan and made the entire trip even more memorable. I absolutely 100% recommend this hotel. Hotel is located in downtown of Amman. Clean and comfortable. But the biggest value is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating. They shared via WhatsApp digital city guide with recommended and trusted restaurants, things to do and location for ATMs and exchange offices. This helped me a lot. Breakfast is served from 8am but as I was scheduled to start my excursion at that time they made sure they start serving earlier. Highly recommended.
