Lovest, Ethel, Bobby... what can I say?? The minute I got here I felt and was treated like family, I was sad to leave. The space and community is amazing and the people are beautiful! The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps. The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour. The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively. Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove. I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast.
