Fantastic hotel not far from centre of bergamo. All brand new and very modern. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming and helpful. Have been to bergamo several times and it will be my first choice on my next visit

A true boutique hotel with 12 rooms in a central location with excellent service and efficiency. As soon as we arrived, the lady at the reception came to greet us and helped us with our luggage. She was extremely helpful and proactive in organising our plans for our stay (taxi to the airport, timings for breakfast, etc) and showed us to our room and explained everything. She even gave us a luggage scale to weigh our bags for our upcoming wizz air flight. The room itself had everything we needed and was immaculately clean and very quiet on the top floor. Very comfortable bed and an amazing marble shower with three different settings and a door that fully seals so you get a lovely steam effect. Soft towels and the most comfortable bathrobes and slippers. They had also put the radiators on in the bathroom before our arrival (knowing we're from Australia and not used to the cold), which was a kind touch. Lots of complimentary amenities, including individual toiletries and bottled spring water. We also had a skylight in our room, which was nice. The design and decor of the hotel was very tasteful and elegant. There was a lift/elevator too, which is not always a given in Italy. Breakfast was fantastic, and everything was of the highest quality, no pre-packaged supermarket pastries here! The crossiants were heavenly. Included with the cold cuts, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juices, etc. was barista coffee and a hot dish made by the chef. It was so beautifully plated. My only regret was that we had to leave for our flight so we couldn't fully enjoy it. Make sure you make time for breakfast! I don't think I could stay anywhere else in Bergamo after staying at Petronilla. It's worth the extra price compared to Best Western, Mercure, etc. The staff are highly trained and the hotel is very well run. Highly recommend.

The place was very new, and I was really excited because they offered many amenities, such as parking for both regular and electric cars. The hotel is also connected to a new mall (which would be even nicer if it were fully open). The room and the hotel were both very clean and well-maintained.

Perfect for a quiet wellness vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options from fresh and dried fruits, cornflakes, pancakes and waffles. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

By far the hotel with the best location in all of Bergamo. Located in the old town, it is a short walk from all the main sites. The BF is excellent and the staff polite and courteous. The rooms were spacious and although they don't have an evening turn down service, our requirements for extra water etc were attended to without fuss even later in the evenings.

    Very Cosy set of Apartments with nice and professional owners close to a frendly neighborhood.In 2 minute distance there is an affordable and easy to find cafeteria called KIOSKO Torrefazione Artigianale Bar.At first getting around might seem difficult,mainly because as of right now there are only two buses that allow to move around the entire province.

    Incredibly kind host, stayed up late to check us in as there were delays with our flight and car hire. Communication through the app was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is just 20 minutes drive from Bergamo airport and has plenty of free parking - it's quite easy to miss the turn off the main road so go slowly. About 2 minutes walk away is a wonderful café that does incredible pastries. Highly recommended, will stay again.
