The hotel is so beautiful designed and the staff members are so incredibly nice and to our dog as well! They upgrated us to a room with a terrace so our dog could go outside and it was just the best thing ever and really made our holiday. Also the location is great because you have everything nearby (train station, the park, walking path along the see etc). The room with airconditioning was really comfortable and I really enjoyed cooling down in the pool since I was heavily pregnant during our stay :) I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place and hope to be back one day! I miss it already :(

I loved the location of Villa Moderna. Nervi is a lovely suburb of Genoa, with easy access to the centre and the feel of a small town. All services are accessible along the main road and there are beautiful parks and a long walkway along the water. Breakfast is plentiful and homemade every morning. Hosts, Seloua and Matteo are both charming and friendly. They both speak English and are happy to share recommendations for their town. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the bed comfortable and the bathroom large and bright.

I loved the location, so close to the sea and train. Supermarket is just 5 min away. Very private and clean little hotel. I felt very good. Staff was also very friendly.I am going to return there for 100% I loved my stay in Esperia.

The location is up on the hills. The location is clean with AC, is very important during the summer. We arrived in the evening around 20.30 but still received dinner (home made - very good !) what was really good after a long day/ drive. Everything was ok, for a good price! I recommend this place :)
