Everything - very positive: location - very good, room - very good, views - very nice, breakfast - very delicious. Great place to spend holidays in Tuscany: 20 minutes to the beach, close to Piza, Florence, Chianti etc. Beautiful Tuscan view from the terrace. Spacious and very clean swimming pool. Very nice restaurant with great Italian food and wine! I have eaten the best gluten free pizza ever from wood-burning stove. Very nice and helpful staff! We have felt like friends of the family. Thank you Luca, Monica, Sergio and Fernando!

The complimentary breakfast was a beautiful spread of cakes and tartes made by the owner, plus all the fixings for a delicious European breakfast. Cappuccinos made to order by the kind and attentive owner himself. It was a tranquil setting with quiet operatic music played in the breakfast room, marvellous art work around, and conversation of poetry and philosophy. Welcoming, attentive and generous hosts, it had the warmth of a home. A gem of a place to find amongst the often sterile hotel environments whilst travelling. Highly recommended.
