Lovely location, 5 minutes off the motorway so great for a stop over. Very nice rooms, gardens, outdoor areas. Great food at dinner and we combined the taster menu with the wine tasting from our wine tour. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Interesting wine tour and tasting. Very different styles of wine

Excellent b and b, on the beautiful outskirts of Teano. Host Antonio is a fount of information about Teano and the area, and very kindly gave me a lift to the station the next morning. It's a top choice both for walkers on the Via Francigena and general visitors. Very highly recommended

Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean hotel - stairwells, rooms, bathrooms, breakfast area. Lovely, spacious room. Simple and clean. Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold options including pancakes, all types of milks for dietary restrictions, gluten free options, and friendly service. We have stayed there before as it is close to Italian family and we love it.

Very clean and spacious. We could have a football match in the bathroom! The breakfast was simply exceptional with freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly prepared omelette and toast, fresh fruit and to top it off, some pieces of pizza to take with us for the trip. A definite pin point in central Italy .
