Andrea and his teams are exceptional. They take so much care and see that you enjoy your stay at Villa Sant' Anna. From recommengin to booking restaurants, helping you if streets are closed, recommending beaches that are good for your group, always with a smile.... The breakfast is small, but the offered food is really good. The rooms have a good size and everything you need. You can sit outside and enjoy the countryside. What I also really liked was that the room was cleaned every day - especially nice if you go to the beach.

The host Cristina is very kind and helpful. The room was charming and cosy at the same time and the place has a gorgeous landscape view. The breakfast was delicious (the cheesecake to die for), if you are vegan just tell her in advance and she'll have special plant base options for you. We went to the thermal spa next to it the next day and you can ask for a discount if you stay at Cristina's. I surely recommend this place and I'll come back!

    Everything, from before we arrived until after we left, was amazing. Debora was very welcoming and actively ensured we were comfortable in the apartment, providing us with some local tips, and was very prompt in responding to any of our messages. Aside from that, the apartment exceeded all expectations. Super clean, spacious, too cute, beautiful view, and everything we could need was supplied.

    Perfect villa for large family! We rented the entire property that includes beautiful well maintained pool, full size billiard table, some fitness equipment, small children playground and lots of space to play. There are indoor and outdoor food tables that can accommodate 16 people. Villa is super clean and well maintained. Pamela the host is super nice and available always!
