Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town.
Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town. It has a range of shops, bars and restaurants, a castle and a lot of typical winding streets. A good base from which to explore the local sights. This is a beautiful small town. Favorite restaurant is Chiostro Cennini. All restaurants, bars, gelato store, supermarket, small grocery, pharmacy within easy walking distance of this apartment. The hotel is very nice and clean and the hosts are such friendly and nice people, who gave us, and our dogs, a warm welcome upon arrival. The room is spacious, with a contemporary design and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony towards the castle is beautiful. The room comes with a nice and big bathroom.
