The villa is very nice and beautiful, located in a very quiet place. We were provided by all necessary information regarding the restaurants nearby (it doesn't have the restaurant for dinner). The breakfast was freshly server and tasty.

It is a fully renewed set of rooms on an historical building inside the city walls. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with efficient air conditioning for the hot summer days. There are two restaurants on the ground floor (we heard no noise or disturbances at all from our room), very convenient for dining, with good prices and top quality. One kitchen is specialised in meat and the other in sea food. Great local and regional food and wine selection. However the best feature was the people, especially Mauro the owner, but also the restaurant and cleaning staff. Everybody friendly, customer oriented and ready to support with your needs. We are used to making holiday in Italy so we know that a friendly attitude is somewhat typical, but this was simply next level

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Alle Acque and was overall pleased with my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the heart of Italy. Great local restarant with great pizza and good wine selection. Breakfast was OK. The only minor issue I had was the noise from the street at night when the peopoles where leaving restaurant. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Italy.

Staff were genuinely lovely, and super helpful. Gave us tips about where to eat and was really nice to chat to on the front desk. To quote my friend: “it put a smile on my face”. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was exactly what we needed. A perfect place to use as a base to explore the local area or visit surrounding cities and towns.

A superb location in the country between vineyards, Italian-style. Everything sparkling clean. Admirable patrons, the lady full of cheerfulness and friendliness, and the husband just as kind, the master chef who has a few secrets if you like food. We will return whenever we are in the area. Would highly recommend staying here! Good location right outside the medieval walls of Soave. The staff are so friendly, specifically Raffaele and Simone on the reception desk. Nothing was ever too much for them and they made us feel comfortable even though we’re tourists. Raffaele gave us a lot of help with places to eat and places to go around Italy, not just specifically Soave. The breakfast they offer is small but varied enough to enjoy every morning included, and they have gluten free options. These are pre-packaged items such as bread, biscuits, rice cakes etc. with then fresh fruits, yoghurts and cold cuts to accompany this. The rooms are clean, always clean and tidied every morning and the views from the hotel are lovely.
