Location is awesome and the view from the window ar from the pool was stunning! We felt all beauty of Tuscany here in those wineyards and olive garden. Pool was refreshing in crazy August heat with very relaxing view. In the middle of the day it was a bit crowded but there still were enough sunbeds and place to lay in the sun. the flat was very well equiped - we used only 20% of all kithen facilities. we were 3 living in 2 bedroom flat - it was really spacy, almost too big!

The luckiest thing about our trip to Italy was definitely choosing to stay here. Leo is such a great guy! We accidentally left our driver’s license in the car and he was so patient helping us figure it out. He also made a reservation for us at an amazing Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. His place is the cleanest and most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. The sheets, pillows, and towels were spotless. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and would love to come back someday.

    The apartments were really nice, clean and cozy. We had every thing we needed, and there is only a short drive to the nearest shop and charming little town San Donato. The best thing about the stay was Andrea’s (the owner) hospitality. He invited us for a wine tasting which was one of the most memorable moments of our trip. We got to not only experience his fantastic wine, but also his passion for the wine and it’s process. We strongly recommend Agriturismo San Silvestro. We will definitely come back!

    Kind and helpful staff, easy communication. Newly renovated facilities with all you can need on a short stay. We could use common areas - kitchen, living room and the outdoors terrace. New air-con is so quite, I haven’t even realized it was on all night. Good new windows that isolate any noise from outdoors, comfortable beds. Area has nice local restaurants and small local bar all within a short walk distance. You need a car to arrive here.

    Small apartment in a very cute village in the Tuscan hills, the host was very kind and accommodating, fully furnished if you want to cook, with a supermarket at 5min walk and 2 restaurants within walking distance in the village. Perfect place to stop overnight when hiking the via romea!
